Privacy Policy
Last updated June 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how allme ("allme," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you join our waitlist, create an account, or use the Service, you may give us your email address and the details you choose to share about yourself and your household — your lifestyle, preferences, must-haves and deal-breakers, the homes and neighborhoods you save, and messages you send through the Service.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Service, we may collect device and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, using cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage).
How we use information
- To provide, personalize, and improve the Service — including matching you to neighborhoods and homes that fit how you live.
- To communicate with you about your account, waitlist status, and updates.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We never expose your income or savings to agents or other users. Any financial details you share stay private unless you explicitly choose to share a specific figure with a specific person.
How information is shared
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (such as hosting and email delivery) under confidentiality obligations.
- Real-estate agents only when you explicitly choose to connect with one — connections are mutual opt-in and revocable.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
- Business transfers, if allme is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Your choices and rights
Your profile is your asset. You can access, edit, or delete the information in your profile, opt out of marketing emails at any time, and control what is shared and with whom. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, correction, deletion, and portability) under laws like the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of these, contact us at privacy@allme.app.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from them. Profiles for children in a household are created and managed by adult members and contain only limited details relevant to matching a home.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
